Easy Pumpkin Cookies
1 (15 oz.) canned or fresh pumpkin
1 spice cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin and dry spice cake mix together until soft and well-blended. Spoon cookies onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Makes 24 large cookies or 30 small cookies.
