400.00 g Carte D'Or Pannacotta Mix
115.00 g CARTE DOR Jelly-Blackcurrant
1,000.00 ml Milk
1,000.00 ml Cream
500.00 ml Hot water
Preparation
1. Place 1 liter milk in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add 400g Carte DOr Panna Cotta Mix and 1 liter cream, stir well until combined.
3. Portion and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
4. Add Carte DOr Jelly Powder (Black Currant) with 500ml water and refrigerate.
