Pimientos Rellenos de Atun – Red Peppers Stuffed with Tuna

A “tapa” that is light and simple – and no cooking associated with this dish! An awesome dish for the late spring or whenever you need to set up a starter rapidly. Blend fish with a touch of green onion and olives, at that point stuff into cooked red peppers.

What You’ll Need

1 would whole be able to broiled red peppers (pimientos de piquillo) or roughly 10 peppers

2-6 oz. jars fish in Oil, depleted

15 set dark olives

4-5 little green onions

2 sprigs of Italian parsley

1 tsp of sherry vinegar (or white vinegar)

1/2 tsp sweet spanish paprika
