Nutty Pepperoni Crackers
1/2 cup [125 mL] cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon [15 mL] milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 cup [60 mL] Sultana raisins
1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped walnuts
16 Champagne-style crackers
Lettuce leaves [to garnish]
Thin slices pepperoni [to garnish]
Walnut halves [to garnish]
Into a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper, Sultana raisins and chopped walnuts.
Garnish crackers with a piece of lettuce leaf; top with cream cheese mixture.
Top each cracker with a slice of pepperoni and decorate with a walnut half.
