Grilled Flat Bread with Herbs
1 Italian-style round flat bread
1 tablespoon [15 mL] olive oil
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons [30 g] freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat barbecue to medium intensity.
Evenly brush top of bread with olive oil.
Evenly sprinkle bread with chopped green onion, chopped parsley and then with grated Parmesan cheese.
Barbecue onto oiled barbecue rack, lid closed for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden and crisp underneath.
Check often, as it easily burns.
Serve, cut into wedges.
