Spreadable Shrimp Dip
Comments: Serve along with tortilla chips or spread crackers with dip.

Ingredients Preparation
8 ounces [227 g] cream cheese
1/2 cup [125 mL] sour cream
1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
3/4 cup [190 mL] shellfish sauce
1 [3 3/4-ounce / 106-g] can small shrimps, well-drained
1 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, diced
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups [450 g] grated Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
Mix togther cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise.
Spread mixture over the bottom of a serving plate.
Layer shellfish sauce, drained shrimps, sweet green pepper dices and finally chopped green onion on top of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle all over with grated Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Decorate dip with tomato dices just before serving.
