I must have the smallest arms in the gym (Sideeffectwhu)

At 5ft 10 my upper arms are a staggering 11.5in with chest 37. Although I am trying and almost getting my abs visible before my 53rd birthday in two weeks time. Maybe they can reach 12 by Christmas but don't want to jeopardise my abs plus I feel so..
