Cheesy Grilled Potato Slices

Ingredients Preparation

4 potatoes
Olive oil
8 slices of cheese, into pieces



Preheat barbecue.
Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch [0.3-cm] thick slices.
Brush slices on both sides with olive oil.
Barbecue potato slices for 2 minutes; turn potato slices over.
Top each slice with a piece of cheese.
Barbecue for 2 minutes more.
