Grilled Chicken BLT Pasta Salad
Comments: Serve this salad along with chopped cucumber, add small pieces of fresh broccoli or create your own variations.
Serve this salad warm or refrigerate it and serve it cold; its great both ways!

Ingredients Preparation
12 ounces [340 g] chicken whites
8 ounces [227 g] multi-colored pasta twists [3 cups / 750 mL]
4 slices turkey bacon
3 cups [750 mL] romaine lettuce
1 large tomato
1/3 cup [80 mL] mayonnaise
1/4 cup [60 mL] water
1 tablespoon [15 mL] barbecue sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] vinegar
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] ground pepper
Preheat barbecue.
Grill chicken whites onto hot barbecue rack.
Meanwhile, boil pasta noodles following package directions; drain.
Fry turkey bacon slices until erally crisp; crumble into small bits.
Break-up lettuce into small pieces; dice tomato.
Mix together mayonnaise, water, barbecue sauce, vinegar and ground pepper into a large bowl until well blended.
Add drained pasta noodles to mayonnaise mixture stirring until well coated.
Cut chicken whites into bite-size pieces; add to noodles along with crisp bacon bits, lettuce pieces and tomato dices.
Mix well, and serve.
