Dijon Mustard Dill Marinade

Comments: Excellent for shellfish as well as fish.

Ingredients Preparation

1/4 cup [60 mL] oil
3 tablespoons [45 mL] white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly minced dill
1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed



Into a bowl, whip together oil, white wine vinegar, minced dill, Dijon mustard and crushed garlic.
Marinate shellfish or fish into mixture, refrigerated, before barbecueing.
