Permanent drug use affects on long term health (FattyOnAMission)

So I'm on a few indefinite medications, coupled with long term on and off use of other drugs ranging from tan injections to PEDS, and I was just wondering, is the combination of all these drugs and tablets going to have any adverse effects long term? ..
