back of fridge stinks of cat piss (faipdeooiad)

I've noticed the last couple of days a strong smell of cat piss/ammonia in the kitchen. I've narrowed it down to the back of the fridge. there's some yellow droplets on the tray above the motor. Any idea if this is easily fixable or is it a new fridge? on..
