INGREDIENTS
crumble75g butter chilled cubes
140g Self Raising Flour
50g raw sugar
1tsp Vanilla essence/extract
cake
100g Butter softened
140g Self Raising Flour
2tbs milk
2 eggs
1 apple cored peeled, grated in tmx set aside
40g caster sugar - or blitz your own
1tsp Vanilla essence/extract
mulberrys
200g mulberries
RECIPE'S PREPARATION

put all into jug and mix 5 sec/speed 5 set aside and put into fridge while you prepare cake

beat butter and sugar and vanilla 2mins/speed 5 ,add eggs beat 1min speed 5 you may have to scrape down.add vanilla and flour and milk and beat for 20secs till combined.i added apple and just stir through with spatula then put into a 20cm tin that has been lined and greased

top with the mulberries and sprinkle crumble on top then cook in medium oven for 1hour it comes away from side tin when ready
