Easy White Shell Pasta Dish

Ingredients Preparation

1 pound [454 g] small shells pasta noodles
2 cups [500 mL] cream [15%]
1 teaspoon [5 mL] Dijon mustard
2 cups [450 g] grated white double Cheddar cheese



Into a large casserole, boil pasta noodles into unsalted boiling water until 'al dente', for approximately 8 minutes.
Drain and reserve.
Into a large frypan, heat cream over medium heat.
Stir in Dijon mustard and grated cheese until completely melted.
Remove from heat, then stir in drained pasta noodles until well coated.
serve immediately.
