Carolina Slaw Dogs

• 3 cups Red White and Blue Slaw
• 6 hot dogs
• 1 onion, sliced into thick rings
• 3 tablespoons mustard
• 6 hot dog buns


Prepare and preheat grill. Make Red White and Blue Slaw and refrigerate. This can be prepared well ahead of time. Grill hot dogs until crisp and juicy. Grill onion slices alongside the hot dogs. When onions are done, remove from grill and chop.
Spread mustard on buns, then top with onions, hot dogs, and a large spoonful of the Slaw. Serve immediately.


Red, White and Blue Coleslaw

• 6 cups shredded red cabbage
• 3 cups cauliflower florets
• 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1-1/2 cups coleslaw dressing

Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Chill until ready to serve
