Anyone know of good gym near hitchin/stevenage (mrdoc79)

Looking to change gyms just not sure where to go. I need to get the balance of a good weight section along with reasonable size that doesnt get rammed. Unfortunately i dont finish work till 5 so always hitting it at peak times. Any suggestions?..
