Easy Jumbo Date Nut Muffins
1 [13.2-ounce / 375-g] pack date nut snackin'cake mix
1/3 cup [45 g] all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup 190 mL] milk
1/4 cup [60 mL] oil
Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
Grease bottoms only of 9 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch [6 x 3-cm] muffin cups.
Mix together cake mix and flour into a bowl.
Stir in beaten egg, milk and oil, until dry ingredients are just moistened.
Fill muffins cups with dough.
Bake into preheated oven until golden brown, for 18 to 23 minutes.
