Chorizo Maple Syrup







1 lb. fresh chorizo



1 ¼ cups pure maple syrup



½ tsp. stone-ground mustard







In a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and crumble sausage until meat is no longer pink (10-12 min.), stirring frequently. Drain fat from meat, if desired. Stir in maple syrup and mustard; heat through. Serve warm. Makes about 2 cups.
