Urban Sub's Homemade Hummus Spread
Ingredients:
2 cups of garbanzo beans (or two 15 oz. cans of garbanzo beans)
2 tablespoons tahini (mix well before measuring)
2 cloves garlic (mince well before adding to food processor)
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup sunflower oil
Directions:
Combine the top 6 ingredients in a food processor bowl. Stream in oil and process until smooth.
