Cinnamon Apple Crumb Pie















1 can apple pie filling



1 unbaked pastry shell



1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon



4 tablespoons butter, divided



2 cups crushed pecan shortbread cookies(like pecan sandies)











Pour pie filling into crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Melt remaining butter in small bowl, and add cookie crumbs. Sprinkle over filling. Cover edges of crust with foil. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Remove foil. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 40 minutes more until crust is golden brown and filling bubbles. Cool on wire rack for at least 2 hours
