Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble-Up Bake





2 cans jumbo buscuits (16 oz each)

1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/3 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips







Preheat oven to 375

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll them into balls.



In a large bowl stir together pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Drop in the rolled up biscuits and stir to coat. Roll each ball into a bowl of the brown sugar and place them in a greased 8x11" pan. Sprinkle any remaining sugar on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the pan.



Bake 35 minutes. Serve warm.
