McDonalds Egg White Delight
2 wheat English muffins
2 slices Canadian Bacon
non-stick spray
4 egg whites
salt and pepper if desired
2 slides white Cheddar cheese or other low fat cheese
Toast wheat English muffins in a toaster. In a small skillet heat Canadian bacon until heated through and slightly browned. Remove bacon from the skillet. Separate eggs saving yolks for another recipe. Whisk together the egg whites. Spray a bit of non-stick spray. Place egg whites into the skillet and drop the heat to low. Slowly cook the egg whites. Season with salt and pepper if desired. When the egg whites have cooked assemble the sandwiches.
Divide egg whites into two portions. Place egg whites on the bottom of the English muffins. Add a slide of cheese to each one of the egg muffins. Top with a slice of Canadian bacon and the top bun.
