Petits pots de chocolat a'l'orange

Love this recipe as it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and 5-10 minutes to chill, Looks and tastes yummy.



serves 12



175g Chocolate, broken into pieces

50g Butter

6 eggs, Separated

3 tablespoons of Orange Curacao, Grand Marnier or Cointreau.



1. Carefully melt the Chocolate and the Butter in an heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, till melted and fully mixed.

2. Remove from heat and beat in the Egg Yolks, one at a time, along with the chosen Spirit.

3. When Cold, fold in the Stiffly Beaten Egg Whites, one third at a time.

4. Pour into 12 Ramekins, or little teacups and Chill Well. Top with Cream, Orange Rind and Chocolate Curls.
