Pineapple and Soy Sauce Chicken
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into medium sized chunks
1/4 c. light soy sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 whole onion, sliced
2 inch peeled, grated ginger root
a pinch of taragon (optional)
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper or red pepper flakes (optional)
Put in the crock pot and cook on low 6 hrs or high for 3.
