Bisquick Spinach Quiche

Bisquick Spinach Quiche



1 box chopped spinach – cooked & strained

4 beaten eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup chopped onion

garlic clove, chopped

1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese

1 cup bisquick



Mix all ingredients. Grease a pie plate. Pour in and bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
