1-lb Fresh Buffaloe Steak Diced 1/2 inch
3- med Carrots quartered lenghtwise then sliced
1- med Onion Diced med
1- 15oz can WHole Kernal Corn
1-15oz can Green Beans
1-Large White Potatoe Diced Med
1- med Garlic Clove, Minced fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
3-Tbls Oil
Heat oil in large kettle. Add Buffaloe and brown. Add Onion, Carrot and Garlic and allow to sweat until beging to tenderize. Transferre to Crock Pot and Add Corn, Green Beans and their juice. Add one Corn Can of water. Set Crock Pot on high and cook for two hours. Turn to low setting and cook overnight until seving time. Thicken with corn startch or flour/butter Roux if desired.
