Japanese Yum Yum Sauce

A great condiment for meats, fish, sushi, rice.......







1 Cup Mayo

3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

3 tbsp white granulated sugar

2 tbsp melted butter

3/8 tbsp paprika

3/8 tbsp garlic powder







Whisk all ingredients until combined and then put place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

You can add 3 tbsp of chicken broth/water to thin it out.
