Pumpkin crunch cake



Yellow cake mix

1 ¾ cups pumpkin puree

1 ½ cups evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 ½ cups sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt

1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

½ cup butter





Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Grease a 9x13 pan and pour the mixture evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle the cake mix across the wet layer, then top with a layer of chopped pecans. Melt your butter and pour this as the final layer over the nuts. Bake for 50 minutes.
