Mango Yogurt Lassi



1 cup (150 g) of your favorite fruit may be added for different flavors.



preparation: 2 minutes • processing: 20 seconds • yield: 3 1/2 cups (840 ml)





1 cup (240 ml) water

1 cup (245 g) low fat plain yogurt

1 cup (150 g) mango, peeled, pitted

1/2-1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes





1. Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container

in the order listed and secure lid.



2. Select Variable 1.



3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed

to Variable 10, then to High.



4. Blend for 20 seconds or until desired consistency

is reached.
