After more than a week of drama in the U.K., Justin Bieber has hit another bump in the road at his latest tour stop.

Bieber has cancelled the second of two concerts in Lisbon, Portugal, which were scheduled to take place Tuesday. The local promoter cites "unforeseen circumstances" on its official website as the reason for the decision.

According to reports, a newspaper in Portugal has alleged that the concert was cancelled due to slow ticket sales.

This is the latest incident for the Biebs. The 19-year-old star has lashed out at a paparazzo, started a concert two hours late and even fainted, causing some to wonder, what's going on with Bieber?

Speaking to E! News, Scooter Braun said of his star client, "There's nothing wrong with him. He's in a great place." As for Bieber's canceled concert in Portugal, Braun said that it actually happened a while ago, due to the technical difficulties of moving the huge Believe tour production from one city to another.

"It has nothing to do with anything other than that," Braun said. "Tell everyone Justin is good, really good."

Bieber has no hard feelings about what happened to him in London, including the bad press over his canceled 19th birthday bash, the concert he showed up late to, his confrontation with a rude photographer and the non-stop mocking of his, uh, "unique" outfits.

"The UK Beliebers are incredible," he tweeted. "i will be back. and i will see u again. and I am grateful for all of u. U are what made some of the other stuff ;) worth it."

Take a look at some of the Biebs' troubles in the past week.

Bieber's "Worst Birthday"

Bieber's bumps began on his 19th birthday. Bieber tweeted March 1 that he had a "big night ahead," but hours later the pop star told his followers that it was his "worst birthday."

The birthday boy's festivities were held at London's Cirque du Soir club. According to E! News, star guests included British singer Ella-Paige Roberts Clark and actor/rapper Jaden Smith.

A source told E! that all were asked to leave after an argument ensued between Bieber's entourage and the club's security. It was then that Bieber went straight back to his hotel.

While the cause of the argument is not known, Bieber's friend Ryan Butler tweeted, "This is unbelievable. Can't even have fun on his birthday."

#BeliebersHatePaparazzi was trending on Twitter after the incident, with many tweets blaming Bieber's ever-present paparazzi for his birthday woes.

In spite of the drama, Bieber did thank his more than 35 million followers for their birthday wishes.

Stars Concert 2 Hours Late

British papers slammed the singer for taking the stage at London's O2 arena at 10:35 p.m. — two hours past the advertised time — on March 4, which was a school night.

Fans began booing as Bieber's two opening acts came and went, and they waited — and waited — for the singer to appear, The Mirror reported. Angry parents began tweeting their displeasure, saying things like, "Kids are having to leave as it's so late. Not fair," and, "How rude. Bieber is still not on stage at the O2 when his concert was due to finish now! Mate, it's a school night."

Another tweeted, "Who the hell does Justin Bieber think he is? Not on stage yet?! I hope everyone walks out of the O2." And yet another wrote, "Think of the children #biebergeddon. Bieber concert at the O2 due to finish in 5 minutes, he's not even on stage yet."

There were also concerns that the tube — the British subway system — would stop running before the end of the show, stranding fans at the arena.

Finally, at 10:36 p.m., the O2 arena itself apologized for the late start, tweeting, "Justin Bieber is now on stage and apologizes for the lateness of his show. It added, "Sorry to all the Justin Bieber fans for the lateness of his show tonight. The tube will still be running when the show finishes."

The day after the show, Bieber tweeted, "last night i was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go on stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues i got on at 10:10..so…"

"i was 40 min late to stage. there is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset. However it was great show and Im proud of that," he added.

"i never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. and Im not okay with things being exaggerated. once again sorry for anyone upset."

His final tweet about the show said, "now we have a show to do today and Im gonna focus on the positive and put on a great show tonight here in London."

Twitter Rant

The teen heartthrob took to a Twitter tirade to vent about the negative headlines surrounding his London trip.

In a series of tweets March 5, Bieber appeared overwhelmed by what he called "fake" news stories about him and some people's negativity.

"fake stories to sell papers i guess are part of the job. but im a good person. i know that. u cant tell me different. we know the truth," he tweeted.

Another said: "rumors rumors and more rumors. nothing more nothing less. might talk about them 1 day. rt now im just gonna be positive. cant bring me down"

"I understand it is part of the job to be judged…but judge me on the facts, judge me on the music, and be careful of the judgement u pass, but know this…im only judged by one power, and i serve him," he also added.

Faints at Concert

Bieber fainted backstage during his March 7 which sent him to the hospital.

After the episode, emergency personnel examined the 19-year-old singer backstage and gave him oxygen. The star took a 20-minute break, finished the concert and was taken to a doctor, his spokeswoman said in a statement.

Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, told the audience at the concert that the singer experienced breathing trouble throughout the show, according to multiple reports - adding that he became light of breath and, at the time of the announcement, was backstage with medical personnel.

Bieber tweeted: "getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love."

The singer also posted a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram, lying on a bed and wearing headphones in what appears to be a hospital room.

Lashing Out at Paparazzi

On Friday, March 9, the Biebs was reportedly shouting expletives at photographers before being restrained by his body guard.

Reuters video captured the Canadian singer exiting a vehicle and lunging at a photographer before being restrained. The video shows Bieber's swearing at the photographer. "What did you say? What did you say?" he shouted before swearing and his body guards dragged him back in the vehicle.

Bieber sent out various tweets about the incident: "Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u…well I'm human. Rough week" and the "Only way someone can break u is if u let them."
