Campari drinks that don’t require sweet vermouth

Hi I’ve had a bottle of Campari sitting around for about a year and I wanted to make some drinks with it but I never make enough drinks to justify buying an entire bottle of sweet vermouth. What are some good, simple cocktails that use Campari? Or possible some classic cocktails that I can sub an ingredient for Campari?
