I am about 180 kg and am looking for ways to lose weight by changing my diet. I have decided on Low Carb Hy Fat (LCHF) and have already achieved small successes with it. I'm looking forward to convert normal Dishes into LCHF. Certainly, I can also post European variants of dishes that are known around the world. But first let me browse something here in the forum. It doesn't have to be that out of blind actionism I post twice and three times what has been here for a long time.
