Buffalo Chicken Wings - Atkins diet version
Ingredients:
** 1 large egg
** 1 cup vinegar
** 1.2 cup oil
** 1 teaspoon salt
** 1.2 teaspoon pepper
** ½ teaspoon garlic powder
** ¼ teaspoon celery salt
** ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (powder)
** 2 pounds chicken wings
** 1 cup mayonnaise
** ½ cup sour cream
** 1/3 cup blue cheese
** 1 chopped scallion
** 1 tablespoon lemon juice
** 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Preparation:
1. Preheat the chicken wings in the oven to 450 degrees F. Beat the egg in a bowl then add the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery salt and cayenne.
2. Stir it well until everything has been combined. Dip the chicken wings into marinade and arrange on a large baking pan.
3. Bake it for thirty minutes while you turn and brush into the marinade until crisp. As for the dipping sauce, just add the remaining ingredients.
