Hello all. I totally enjoy recipe secrets and knock off recipes. If I am at a restaurant and enjoy a dish, i endeavour to analyze flavors for ingredients to copy at home. One such fish is an appetizer i make by sprinkling red pepper on frozen fried shrimp. I serve it on a bed of shredded cabbage & red peppers with sweet chili sauce combined with pickled ginger drizzled over.
