2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon roasted garlic cloves
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Place all the ingredients into food processor or blender and purée until smooth.
If a food processor or blender are unavailable simply smash the garlic into a paste, then mix with all other ingredients.
