Windows 10 100% disk - hardware? (Dylanpumped)

Bought a brand new Lenovo to replace a defective Dell (thanks, Klein!). Both are running W.10 and both show disk constantly 100%. The Lenovo has absolutely nothing installed other than what came preinstalled. PC World KnowHow are useless. Could this be a ..
