Body fat % (Daveytom66)

So weighed myself in gym today first time for nearly a month, weight is pretty much the same 13s11lbs but body fat mass % has gone from 16.8% to 23.4% and body fat mass from 14.9kg to 20.5kg ? Bit confused tbh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk..
