Pork Tenderloin Chops with Apples and Onions

I got inspired by cooking methods from Chef Todd and this turned out spectacularly! I browned the chops in cast iron skillet, coconut oil, and remove. Saute sliced onions. I went for a combination of sweet and tart using 3 different kinds of apples, cored and sliced but left peeling. Added to onions, a sprinkle of brown sugar. slightly cooked apples on med. low heat. Added chops and baked 30 min. covered @ 350. MMMighty Tasty! I served with mixed greens on the side. Greens with bacon bits, garlic butter, chopped onion, and 2 cap fulls of white vinegar. Outstanding!
