Formatting a USB stick (powerpusher)

I brought a USB memory stick, i formatted with with no idea what I was really doing! Yes, I know, what a great idea Anyway, my TV won't recognise it anymore. It tells me to format it to fat32. My computer only does nt... Something and fat something els..
