Behaviour of groups of kids (kitty)

Anyone else having issues in their towns with groups of young kids wearing black hoodies and pelting stones, eggs and now fireworks at passing cars? Getting ridiculous in the town I live in and talk on social media is looking like sooner or later someone ..
