Starbucks Horchata Frappuccino

To make the syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
To make the drink:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream or ice
3-4 tablespoons cinnamon dolce syrup
whipped cream and ground cinnamon for topping

Syrup:

In a small sauce pan, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Add the water and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove, allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Drink:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
