right here we go been going to gym now 9 months 3 to 5 days per week depends on teh week i may do 3 days and free weeks may do 5 days 6 am wake up porridge work 7 am 9am bannana and cuppa 12.30pm dinner either a tuna or chicken salad or a ham salad sarni ..
