Chevy's Steak Fajitas




1 1/2 pounds skirt steak
2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lime juice
1 1/2 t. garlic
2 T. cumin

Mix together last 5 ingredients and place into a zip-top bag. Place meat inside bag and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
Meanwhile, heat your grill until hot. When meat is done marinating, take out of the bag and dry off excess moisture.
Cook the meat over hot coals about 3 minutes on the first side. Flip over and continue cooking 2-3 minutes on the second side for medium rare doneness, longer for well done.
Cover the meat with foil and let it rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes. Slice on an angle against the grain of the meat for more tender slices.
