Worth using a mini digger? (NuttySS)

I'm starting my garden project for this summer it's a complete rip out and start again. about 160 m2 including some regrading to about 80m2 of it but ultimately a lot of tonnage to shift. Is it worth paying to get a mini digger in? I was half tempted self..
