Strongman - Mouthguards... (JayBoy)

Anyone else notice quite a few of the pro strongman (shaw, hall, thor etc) all seem to be wearing mouthguards nowadays. Anyone tried it here? FYI im not interested in using one just curious peoples thoughts on it..
