Hi guys.Im 9 days away from appearing on stage for the first time. I won't be heavy i'll be around 75kilos - 78kilos (165lbs - 172lbs), I'll be under 10% bf I think but only just. I have got a coach and Im doing everything he says, Im not asking for advic..
