No response regarding Malware

I have opened 2 tickets regarding Malware when I attempt to enter Forum. I do not get even a single response. Right now I am using the Forum with a threat of Malware. Can't anyone in this site even have the courtesy of a response. I find this lack of respect to members unconscionable.
