Can someone with a good palate or a reliable source of information provide me the spices that go into McDonald's sausage patty or the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) sausage link? I have been making a lot of breakfast sausage and I would like to replicate the flavor in these sausages. I have looked high and low on the internet, but I've not found anything that captures the flavor of either of these sausages.
