Question on quitting smoking for health professionals (Dick Dastardly)

I quite smoking around 2 months ago, i switched to a vape for around a month but just didn't bother with it in the end. Will have some of my wifes vape on a weekend if we are having some wine etc. About 3 weeks ago I had some bad mouth ulcers on the back ..
