enlarged left side of the heart (dazzz)

I just failed my Army medical for this. I now have to see a specialist to find the cause. my blood pressure is fine but it was 1st picked up on the ECG and then the EKG. Can this be cause by training, and therefore give me hope that I'll be ok and be able..
